All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Orders are processed and shipped from our facility in the United States. Processing begins once payment has been verified and confirmed. During peak shopping seasons (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holiday periods), processing times may be extended by an additional 1-2 business days.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping times and costs may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days after processing. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your delivery location.

Expedited Shipping: When available, expedited shipping options will be displayed at checkout with estimated delivery dates and associated costs.

Please note that shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US territories may take additional time and may incur additional shipping charges.

Our business days are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), excluding the following US public holidays:

Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET on Friday or during weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by visiting our Track Your Order page.

Please allow up to 24-48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.

If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer support team.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the following factors:

• Total weight and dimensions of the items in your order
• Shipping destination within the United States
• Selected shipping method (standard or expedited)

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any applicable free shipping offers will be automatically applied at checkout when your order meets the qualifying criteria.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to claim the package, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to reship the order.

We recommend double-checking your shipping address before completing your purchase. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@nuventoo.com. Changes can only be made before the order has been shipped.

If your package appears to be lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date (for lost packages) or within 48 hours of receiving a damaged package.

For damaged items, please provide photographs of the damaged packaging and product. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
